Pastor Cynthia DeSan Neal & Co-Pastor John L. Neal, Sr. (Cynthia), better known as DeSan, is a native of Beaumont Texas. DeSan was saved in 1980 and ordained into the ministry in 1982. She traveled with a ministry to Georgia in 1984 and remained with it until 1993. After which, she departed to form Successful Sisters in Christ, a ministry designed to train women’s and build them up.

She began teaching conferences, seminars, and workshops. She also had two radio broadcasts in two cities. In 1994 she founded Alive with Christ Ministries in Newnan GA. She has authored several pieces of literature: Woman, Come on up, Woman, Free Your Own Self, Come out of Your Rut, and many others. Co-Pastor John L. Neal, Sr. walks with our senior Pastor helping to feed our flock and guide our ministry.

In 1998, Pastor and Co-Pastor Neal purchased their first church on Dawson Street in Columbus GA. In 2008, they purchased two acres of land several blocks down Dawson Street and begun building The Alive with Christ Headquarters where they are presently located. They are the parents of five, and the grandparents of eleven. They are the Pastors of Alive with Christ Ministries and their goal is still to train and build up the Body of Christ.
